Before reporting issues, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the product in subject.

Also please make sure that you are using a stable version of the application, hosting the product in subject (SynthEdit,Cubase,...).

Please search the VSTLine.com forum and yahoo synthedit usergroup for answers before sending us your issue, it is possible that somebody already asked and the answer is right there in the forum.

If you choose to contact us, please share as mouch information about your issue as possible.

Your report should contain information about :

1. The product's name and version
2. If you are a registered user of the product and your user id for the issued product.
3. Your host applications name, version, operating system related information and hardware configuration.
4. short description of the problem
5. steps to reproduce the problem

Sharing those details will help us to sort out and fix the problem faster.
